We are small but growing environmental group originally formed to oppose the development of a local quarry into a holiday park. Soon after the group was formed we found ourselves in lockdown and no meetings were ever held.

Towards the end of 2021 it was decided to hold a meeting and I was asked to chair the meeting which I somewhat reluctantly agreed to do. Despite a low attendance some good points were raised and good progress was made including the decision to join Transition Network and become transition Crich.

A second meeting was held in December which was much better attended and many ideas are being put forward for short, medium and long term projects for the group to get involved with.
