Transition Humboldt is a group working to educate, facilitate and link Transition Initiatives within Humboldt Co., California.  Our goals are linked to the International Transition Movement addressing building resilient communities in the face of future climatic, economic and energy instability.  We are an action-oriented group consisting of working groups focusing on specific actions we can take as community members to help build self-reliant communities.
