Our group has been active in Milton Keynes since 2013. Our core group meet monthly partly to overview and support our projects and partly to organise and manage our monthly themed social evenings which take place in central Milton Keynes. Our two main projects are a permaculture / community gardening group and a group that is promoting doughnut economics in our area. In 2018 we amended our name to Transition Town Milton Keynes to avoid confusion with the topic of gender transition. This coming year -2024 we are planning a series of monthly eco challenges and these will also be the theme of our monthly social evenings
