Small start-up group currently investigating funding opportunities for sustainable living projects at community level.  Particular interest in community energy generation, resilience against the social and environmental impacts of climate change and biodiversity enhancement.  Our Local Authority is supportive of local social enterprises and will shortly be releasing 2.7m in Rural England Prosperity Funding, as part of central government’s levelling up agenda.  The fund has specific targeted support for ‘energy saving and carbon reduction’.
