Westside in Transition is just starting the process of community education through public showings of movies related to the challenges of Peak Oil and Climate Change.  We have the ability to dramatically decrease our footprint by public awareness and community challenges.  Our local government is very forward thinking and has started a Mayors Task Force on Climate Change.  By raising awareness from the top down as well as with our Transition Town initiative from the bottom up we hope to Be the Change
