Nick Osborne

Nick helps groups/teams avoid the stress and lost productivity from unclear expectations and delays from people seeking permission or consensus. He works with them to transform stress and delays into team clarity and faster decision-making through 3 steps in 3 months with the Team Clarity & Faster Decision-Making course.

He attended the first Transition Training in Totnes in 2007. He was in the first cohort of Transition Trainers, delivered the Transition Launch training internationally, then developed the first Effective Groups training in 2009. 

Nick has been on a profound organisational journey with organisations through 30 years in which he traversed the conventional management hierarchy, took a deep dive into collaboration and consensus and explored agile/responsive/teal/conscious practices of self-management and self-organising systems; becoming the first Gecertificeerd Holacracy Coach in the UK in 2015

Nick’s work seeks to upgrade how we collaborate better for the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous conditions of the 21st century. He lives in Somerset with his family and loves surfing, walking, and sleeping under the stars in wild places.
